ROTalent Headhunt’s Client is a company that specializes in Logistic (Express Delivery) industry, looking for high qualified candidate for TRANSPORTATION MANAGER (TRƯỞNG PHÒNG VẬN TẢI) position at the moment.
- Title: TRANSPORTATION MANAGER (TRƯỞNG PHÒNG VẬN TẢI)
- Working Location: HCMC
- Report to: CEO (foreigner)
- Salary: Negotiable
Responsibilities:
- Supervises/Oversees transportation manager with responsibility for achievement of safety, efficiency fleet and workforce optimum utilization
- Develop and implement effective quality control procedures
- Monitor operation to ensure the compliance to company policy and procedures, safety policy and government regulations.
- Set operation policies and standards and operation KPIs
- Leading Developing/kaizen new trucking solution/method to maximized current resources and reduce transportation cost for customer
- Manage/Develop proper M&R function to ensure all fleet in good and ready service
- Develop/Manage safety activities to reduce accidents and improved safety procedures.
- Meet expectation and needs of internal and external customers.
Job Requirement
- University graduate majoring in Transport, Logistic, Economics or Relevant industries.
- Experience in transportation management, of which at least 3 years in a similar position
- Experience in managing and operating more than 50 vehicles
- Chinese can be used to communicate in work
- Capable of customer orientation, teamwork, problem solving and decision making
- Knowledge of transportation, freight forwarding, technical management of means of transport, transport safety
- Knowledge of business administration, strategic management, supply chain, import and export of goods
