MARKETING MANAGER

ROTalent Headhunt's Client is a company that specializes in Cosmetics Industry who is looking for MARKETING MANAGER high qualified candidate for position at the moment.

• Working location: HCMC
• Salary: 35.000.000 VNĐ (Gross)
• Time: 8:30 - 18:00 Monday - Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Stratetry, Planning & implementation:

- Develop and monthly, quarterly, yearly Marketing strategies & budgeting in line with brand’s strategy.

- Well understand and follow up with the latest trend of the market to build the marketing activities of the company to be a competitive Cosmetic Brand in Viet Nam.

- Analyzing and researching about target customer to understand their behavior to adapt on marketing plan.

- Participate in developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing plans.

- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance and customer feedback for productive change management to meet consumers’ needs and to bring up the brand image and company reputation.

- Monitoring the implementation of the marketing plans of the departments, and ensuring smooth coordination between functional departments.

- Maximize product branding on visual and content at retailer shops or ecommerce sites. 

- Can handle both online, offline activity, as well as working with retailer channel.

- Building a strong network with strategic marketing partners (marketing agency, KOL, Influencer, production house for video & visual shooting,...) 

- Working with the managers of other departments to agree on an appropriate strategy for the business in general of the brand and marketing activities in particular, such as sales, customer service, digital, training…

• Budget Planning & Cost Saving Effectiveness: 

- Focus to control marketing cost to be effective.

- Foster plan to achieve good price with good quality for the company’s interest.

- Propose initiatives to be more effective.

• Team Performance Management: 

- Training and developing the Marketing team including content, creative… 

- Empowerment.

- Managing attitude & performance of all teams.

- Inspire & Engage and Recognition.

• Prefer Candidates who have at least 03 years of experience in the position of Marketing Manager in the similar industries such as: FMCG, Cosmetics, Fashion… 
• Having strong marketing knowledge.
• Having experience in building integrated marketing strategies (branding, products, distribution, ...).
• Having a strong knowledge over market research and data analysis methods.
• Having a strong knowledge over digital marketing and social network.
• University degree, major in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications,… 
• Fluent in English communication.
