Key Duties

ROTalent Headhunt's Client is a company that specializes in Automotive who is looking for TRAINING MANAGER high qualified candidate for position at the moment.

  • Working location: Dong Nai province
  • Report to: HR Manager
  • Working time: Mon - Sat (2 Sat off/month)

Target and Purpose

  • Identifying and assessing future and current training needs
  • Drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan
  • Deploying a wide variety of training methods 

Process activities / main functions

  • Proven work experience as a training manager.
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals.
  • Good computer and database skills.
  • BA degree in education, human resources or relevant field.

Decision-making powers / skills

What powers and competences has the / job owner?

  • Work with department to do yearly training plan, period refresh training.
  • Conducting training Program in yearly.
  • Asist HR Manager in relationship.
  • HR Activity according to the budget.


What responsibility does the / the job owner?

  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
  • Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses need and expectations.
  • Deploy a wide variety of training methods.
  • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness.
  • Manage training budget.
  • Provide opportunities for ongoing development.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.

  • Intern: All Department.
  • Extern (outside from the Company) External related to training Service.

Key Requirements

General and specific know

((not only) knowledge, basic and applied knowledge, contextual knowledge, ...) Requirement

  • Experience in HR field 1.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in labor law, social-insurance and income tax issues in Vietnam 1.
  • Preferably experience in an international environment / organization 2.
  • Knowledge about ISO TS 16949 3.
  • Have knowledge of international standard 2.
  • Computer Skills about MS 2.
  • Performance levels: 1 (essential), 2 (required), 3 (useful).
  • Qualification measures are agreed in the interview.

General and specific skills

(Skills for initiative, self-reliance, team & integration, communication skills, process-oriented work, ...) Requirement
