ROTalent Headhunt's Client is an Organization that specializes in Home Appliance field who is looking for KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (MODERN TRADE) high qualified candidate for position at the moment.
- Take general responsibility for Modern Trade channel that includes Dien May Xanh, Nguyen Kim, Cho Lon, Thien Hoa, Aeon customers.
- Responsible for sales plan including sales forecast for assigned areas, to align with sales plan reliability target..
- Negotiating with Key Accounts about trading terms, sales target, sales promotion programs, to facilitate sales agreements and achieved targeted margin and the most profitable for the company.
- Built long-term relationship with new and existing clients.
- Work closely with Supply Chain Team to forecasting sales volume monthly, quarterly, yearly and readjust sales plan properly by quarter.
- Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly sales planning & performance management
- Focus how to drive sell out in line with customer promotion plan
- Analyze market share & instore promotion effectivenes.
- Provide strategic insights to win against competitors.
- Preferred 5 years of relevant working experience. (Recommended proven track in FMCG)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer understanding, building relationship, presentation skill.
- Good command of English.
- Salary: 25.000.000 VNĐ gross (basic salary) + Bonus
