ROTalent Headhunt’s Client is a company that specializes in the manufacturing industry, looking for high qualified candidate for HR Manager position at the moment.

• Working Location: Tien Giang

• Report to:General Director

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Manage, lead and direct all the HR managers and Compliance manager at the Factories of the company;
  • Be responsible for all activities and aspects of human resources of the factory, including recruitment, training, compensation & benefit, staff health, office administration and compliance;
  • Ensure that HR policies and procedures are properly implemented;
  • Develop strategies by researching, analyzing in order to identifying human resources issues; and recommendations to company strategic direction to be in line with company objectives;
  • Implement HR strategies by establishing accountable policies, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations.
  • Manage HR operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; resolving problems; implementing change.
  • Develop HR operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
  • Accomplish special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicating and coordinating requirements; evaluating accomplishments; changing direction.
  • Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications
  • Guide management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing company values.
  • Comply with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions
  • Update job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining networks.
  • Enhances company reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Key Requirements

- University graduate, majoring in Law or Business Administration is an advantage

- At least 3-year working experiences in equivalent positions in multinational or big manufactory companies

- Good understanding in Vietnamese Labor Laws;

- Strategic thinking, macro-vision combined with strong analytical capability;

- Very good people management and interpersonal skill;

- Strong project management: strong planning and organization skill, good problem-solving skill;

- Strong leadership, self-motivation, autonomy;

- Pro-active working approach;

- Good service mindset; good sense of responsibility, result-orientation;

- Stress tolerance;
