ROTalent Headhunt's Client is a company that specializes in Automotive industry who is looking for FINANCE MANAGER (Dong Nai) high qualified candidate for position at the moment.

Target and Purpose
Having a good head for figures is essential, as is being able to communicate with colleagues across the business.
Process activities / main functions
Prepare financial statements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Monitor the development of earnings and expenses (cash management) and guarantee an orderly book keeping.
Support the annual target setting and business plan.
Realize investment controlling.
Support internal & external audits.
Support cash flow management.
Responsible for cost accounting.
Provide financial analysis, data and reports as required by internal or specific external customers.
Decision-making powers / skills What powers and competences has the / job owner?
Checking and process of payment detail to report G.D to get approval.
Conducting on auditing regarding required by law.
Be leading on inventory as well as manage cost to well running.
Be leading on set up SAP system to success running.
Responsibility What responsibility does the / the job owner?
In charge of all the financial and corporate activities of company;
Manage day to day accounting operations and accounting book monthly closing;
Ensure financial reporting in line with Vietnamese Accounting Standards;
Ensure all accounting reports are accurate with on time submission to Management and HQ;
Handle accounts reconciliation;
Prepare statutory annual financial statements and statistics reports in line with local statutory requirements;
Be focal point to work with government bodies, auditors, tax authorities;
Prepare tax filing (Licence tax, VAT, WHT, CIT, PIT, Etc) and reconciliation with tax office;
Assist in preparation of yearly budget;
Ensure proper and complete retention of accounting, tax, corporate and legal documents per company policy and in line with local accounting/tax/legal requirements;
Communication structure With whom the job holder of works internally and externally together?
intern: All Department extern (outside from the Company) Tax agency, DIZA, Investment.
Job Requirement
General and specific know (not only) knowledge, basic and applied knowledge, contextual knowledge,...)
Experience in Financial Field.
Solid knowledge and experience in Accounting law, Investment law, law on enterprise, trade law, Taxes….
Preferably experience in an international environment / organization.
Knowledge about VAS.
Have knowledge of international standard.
Computer Skills about MS.
General and specific skills (Skills for initiative, self-reliance, team & integration, communication skills, process-oriented work,...)
Sense of responsibility.
Preparedness.
Conflict resolution skills.
Accuracy about all Contract and Reports.
Good command of English.
