ROTalent Headhunt’s Client is a company that specializes in REAL ESTATE, looking for high qualified candidate for DEPUTY GENERAL DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING position at the moment.

  • Working Location: HCMC
  • Report to: General Director
  • Salary: Up to $15000


Responsibilities: 

  • Organize and manage all activities of the Sales and Marketing Division, including building/planning, organizing, implementing, leading, monitoring, controlling, evaluating, and improving activities, processes, systems and resources,... such as:

     + Design the organizational structure and allocate sufficient human resources.

     + Communicate in order that employees clearly understand the functions and duties of the Division and the job description of the position.

     + Planning the plans, programs and Division's activities projects.

     + Building, reviewing and implementing the target system, performance measures (KPIs) of the Sales and Marketing Division.

     + Assign, support and guide work to personnel under management.

     + Evaluate the performance of the personnel under management.

     + Planning, training, motivating and developing Division’s staff.

     + Manage assets and internal resources.

     + Build, implement and improve the management document system within the division's responsibility (functional policies, regulations, working procedures, work instructions and other types of documents, forms, ...) 

     + Build and implement the planning system, reporting system, internal information storage system of the Division..

     + Build and manage the Division's operating budget.

  • Research the policies/laws related to real estate business; propose/advise the General Director on changes to ensure that business activities always comply with the law and optimize efficiency.
  • Prepare professional plans and reports periodically or at the superiors’ request.
  • Other duties: Under the direction of the direct Manager.
  • Communicate in order that employees clearly understand the functions and duties of the Division and the job description of the position.
  • Planning the plans, programs and Division's activities projects.
  • Building, reviewing and implementing the target system, performance measures (KPIs) of the Sales and Marketing Division.
  • Assign, support and guide work to personnel under management.

Job Requirement

Education: University graduate, prefer majoring in marketing, commerce, and business administration.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years in a similar position in the real estate industry.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in real estate law, customer service, knowledge of the real estate industry and competitors.

Skill:

  • Intermediate English.
  • Good at communication, presentation, persuasion and negotiation.

Management capacity:

  • Good at goal setting, planning, organizing, leading, controlling, decision making, human management, budget management.
  • Understanding of business management systems.

Qualities and attitudes: Integrity, sensitivity, directness, dynamism, objectivity, independence and decisiveness.

Other requirements:

  • Have strategic vision, analytical ability & strategic advice.
  • Good at negotiation, persuasion, presentation and communication skills.
